Technical Operations Officer

Nightwing is seeking a Technical Intel Analyst to support managing and deploying operational systems in support of a wide range of operational needs. The candidate will be part of team that supports the evolution of systems and initiatives. The resource must communicate and collaborate across organizational boundaries, to include other contractor teams and to work with staff and external stakeholders.

The following skills are REQUIRED:

• Active TS/SCI with Poly
• Demonstrated experience supporting initiatives that span across organization, internal and external mission partners.
• Demonstrated experience working with cyber security research, analysis, and forensic techniques to exploit technical data.
• Demonstrated ability to gather data and analyze user needs to determine, recommend, and implement project plans and proposals for operational integration.
• Experience with research and analysis regarding requirements, using customer specific databases
• Demonstrated experience with network and computer security.
• Demonstrated experience with telecommunications infrastructure, encryption, network protocols and mobile specifications
• Demonstrated experience with collaborating and communicating information to both technical and non-technical personnel and high level personnel regarding time sensitive operations

The following skills are DESIRED:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Demonstrated experience communicating information to both technical and non-technical personnel, both verbally and via presentations.
• Demonstrated experience with technical operations development and support to the cyber mission.
• Demonstrated experience working with field offices, travel requests and cable writing.
