As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a Technical Operations Specialist who will help strengthen our technical infrastructure, improve operational efficiency, document critical processes, and build systems that enable the company to scale.
About the Role
This is not a traditional IT support position.
We are looking for a high-agency problem solver who enjoys figuring things out, creating structure, documenting knowledge, improving processes, and making organizations more efficient.
This role offers the opportunity to help shape how a growing company scales its technology, processes, and operational infrastructure.
This is a hands-on role that combines technical troubleshooting, process improvement, documentation, and operational support in a fast-paced environment. You will work directly with leadership and technical team members to reduce bottlenecks, improve workflows, and ensure critical knowledge is captured and shared.
The ideal candidate is curious, adaptable, technically capable, and excited to make a meaningful impact inside a growing company.
This position is based in our Beverly Hills office and requires regular in-office presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, deploy, and maintain Apple devices and related technologies.
- Support technical testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance initiatives.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal documentation.
- Document workflows, technical knowledge, and repeatable processes.
- Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks through process improvement.
- Assist with inventory management and technical asset tracking.
- Support client deployments and day-to-day technical operations.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to improve scalability and operational resilience.
- Use AI tools to accelerate documentation, troubleshooting, research, and workflow efficiency.
- Assist with special projects as business needs evolve.
- Ensure important operational knowledge is documented and transferable across the organization.
Qualifications
- 3–10+ years of experience in IT operations, technical support, systems administration, technical project coordination, or technical operations preferred.
- Strong technical curiosity and problem-solving ability.
- Experience supporting Apple hardware and macOS environments preferred.
- Experience with mobile devices, networking, MDM platforms, technical support, or IT operations.
- Exceptional documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to independently solve unfamiliar technical problems.
- Experience creating or improving SOPs and operational processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accountability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable learning new technologies quickly.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar platforms to improve productivity is highly desirable.
- Aviation industry experience is helpful but not required.
- Must be comfortable working primarily from our Beverly Hills office.
