Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned AI Product Leader and Technical Strategy Consultant to guide pre sales, engagement, and the demonstration of our AI Factory programs for major public sector clients in the UAE. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, applied AI, and executive advisory, requiring a polished communicator who can articulate visions to C suite leaders across government entities. You will co lead the creation of AI initiatives-from discovery and opportunity assessments to solution design, development, deployment, and value realization. You will collaborate with clients and our internal teams to shape secure, scalable AI solutions aligned with national priorities. You will also advise senior government stakeholders on long term AI roadmaps, operating models, and governance frameworks, establishing credibility as a trusted advisor. This position is ideal for a seasoned AI consultant who thrives in high visibility environments, communicates with clarity and authority, and translates complex technical concepts into strategic recommendations. You will play a core role in advancing the UAE's digital transformation agenda and developing cutting edge AI products that deliver tangible public service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI visioning, strategy design, and roadmapping for public sector engagements.
• Advise C level and senior government stakeholders on AI opportunities, operating models, and governance standards.
• Architect and supervise end to end AI Factory projects, from ideation to deployment, ensuring alignment with national priorities.
• Define product requirements, success metrics, and technical specifications; shepherd agile delivery across discovery to deployment.
• Present strategic insights and technical recommendations to executive audiences and design compelling governance frameworks.
• Coordinate cross functional teams (data science, engineering, design, PMO) to deliver high impact use cases with measurable outcomes.
• Ensure AI products are scalable, secure, compliant with responsible AI practices, and aligned with data governance.
• Oversee risk, timelines, and interdependencies across multiple streams; maintain rigorous documentation and governance processes.

Requirements

• 8-12+ years in AI, data, digital transformation, or technical product leadership.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise scale AI/ML, Gen AI, LLMs, or advanced analytics products.
• Strong product management experience across discovery, design, build, and deployment.
• Experience presenting to and influencing C suite and senior public sector leaders.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Practical understanding of LLMs, agentic systems, MLOps, data platforms, and cloud architectures.
• Experience in consulting, professional services, or high complexity environments.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Comfort working in fast paced, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders.
