We work closely with manufacturing companies to build practical, deployable industrial AI solutions across assembly lines, fabrication, machine operations, process monitoring, workforce visibility, and production analytics.

We work with industries such as Automotive, Engineering, Fabrication, Heavy Equipment, EV Manufacturing, Textile, and General Manufacturing.

Role Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused Technical Pre-Sales / Discovery Engineer who can engage with prospective customers, understand business challenges, articulate our capabilities, and qualify opportunities.

This role will act as the first technical interface between customers and us.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and experience working closely with software/product engineering teams. The role primarily involves conducting remote discovery discussions, understanding customer pain points, presenting our capabilities, and preparing opportunities for detailed on-site assessment by the Industrial Solutions team.

This is not a field-intensive manufacturing consulting role.

Key Responsibilities

Discovery & Qualification

  • Conduct structured discovery calls with prospective customers.
  • Understand:
  • Customer business overview
  • Manufacturing processes at a high level
  • Existing challenges and pain points
  • Current methods of monitoring and reporting
  • Existing digital infrastructure
  • Business objectives and expected outcomes
  • Qualify opportunities based on:
  • Customer fit
  • Use-case suitability
  • Business impact potential
  • Technical feasibility

Solution & Capability Presentation

  • Present our platform capabilities to prospective customers.
  • Explain:
  • Platform architecture
  • AI vision capabilities
  • Edge deployment architecture
  • Dashboards and analytics capabilities
  • Deployment methodology
  • Integration possibilities
  • Demonstrate how we can address customer challenges.

Requirement Capture

  • Conduct structured requirement gathering discussions.
  • Prepare:
  • Meeting Minutes (MOM)
  • Discovery Reports
  • Opportunity Summaries
  • Requirement Documents
  • Customer Qualification Reports
  • Ensure customer expectations and requirements are accurately documented.

Proposal & Commercial Support

  • Support preparation of:
  • Solution proposals
  • Presentations
  • Scope documents
  • Pilot proposals
  • Coordinate with Founder and Industrial Solutions Consultant during proposal preparation.

Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with:
  • Founder/CEO
  • Industrial Solutions Consultant
  • CTO
  • AI/ML Team
  • Engineering Teams
  • TPM / Delivery Manager
  • Ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities for on-site process study and solution definition.

CRM & Opportunity Management

  • Maintain opportunity records within CRM systems.
  • Track:
  • Customer interactions
  • Discovery outcomes
  • Follow-ups
  • Proposal status
  • Opportunity progression
  • Coordinate follow-up activities with SDR and Founder.

Candidate Profile

Education

Preferred:

  • B.E/B.Tech in:
  • Computer Science
  • Information Science
  • Electronics & Communication
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Instrumentation
  • Related technical disciplines

Experience

2 to 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Technical Pre-Sales
  • Solution Consulting
  • Sales Engineering
  • Customer Success Engineering
  • Solution Architecture
  • Enterprise Software Consulting
  • Industrial Software Solutions
  • SaaS/Platform Solutions

Experience in startup environments is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of:

  • AI/Computer Vision concepts (desirable)
  • Industrial AI/IIoT solutions (desirable)

  • Effectively present our capabilities and architecture.
  • Qualify customer opportunities with minimal supervision.
  • Prepare complete and structured discovery documentation.
  • Enable smooth transition from remote discovery to on-site industrial assessment.

Compensation

₹4 LPA – ₹6 LPA (Depending on capability and experience)

Performance incentives may be offered based on opportunity conversion and business outcomes.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
