Technical Pre-Sales Engineer – CCTV & Electronic Security

Yellostone Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Technical Pre-Sales Engineer specializing in CCTV, IP Video Surveillance, and Electronic Security Systems. The ideal candidate will act as the technical liaison between the sales team and customers by designing security solutions, conducting technical presentations, preparing proposals, and supporting enterprise-level projects.

The successful candidate must possess strong technical expertise in CCTV technologies, networking, video management systems, and enterprise security solutions.

Key Responsibilities Technical Solution Design

• Conduct site surveys to assess customer security requirements.
• Design CCTV and IP surveillance solutions based on project specifications.
• Calculate network bandwidth, storage requirements, and PoE power loads.
• Design complete surveillance architectures including:
• IP Cameras
• Video Management Systems (VMS)
• Network Video Recorders (NVR)
• AI Video Analytics
• Recommend suitable hardware according to environmental conditions.

Sales & Technical Support

• Prepare technical proposals and Statements of Work (SoW).
• Develop Bills of Materials (BoM) and project costing.
• Prepare system architecture diagrams using AutoCAD or Microsoft Visio.
• Support RFPs, RFIs, and enterprise tenders.
• Coordinate with procurement and sales teams.

Client Engagement

• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) implementations.
• Provide technical consultation during customer meetings.
• Resolve customer technical queries related to:
• Network Security
• Cybersecurity
• System Integration
• Video Analytics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Technical Pre-Sales, Solution Engineering, or Electronic Security.
