We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a Technical Procurement Executive to strengthen our operations and procurement team.

Role Overview:

As a Technical Procurement Executive at Eveez, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end procurement of technical items including EV components, spare parts, and other operational supplies. You will manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely supply of materials to support our growing EV fleet and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement cycle for technical items including EV spare parts, batteries, chargers, and accessories.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Raise purchase orders and ensure timely follow-up on deliveries.
• Collaborate with technical, operations, and fleet management teams to understand procurement requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for inventory management.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation, contracts, and MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in procurement processes.
• Build long-term vendor relationships to support scalable operations.

Skills & Competencies:

✔ Strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
✔ Ability to understand technical specifications of EV parts and equipment.
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
✔ Knowledge of ERP/procurement systems will be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in technical procurement (preferably in automotive/EV industry).
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
