GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

At least 2 years of experience in a Purchasing Department, either in a maritime company, a company supplying services to maritime/ship provisioning companies, or another industry.

Proficient in English (able to interpret requests from international customers and participate in international fairs).

Preferably proficient in Greek and/or Russian.

Strong research skills, analytical thinking, and openness to continuous improvement.

Preferably familiar with the maritime industry and procurement processes.

Team-oriented, with strong communication skills, result-oriented, and attentive to task follow-up.
EDUCATION:
-
Graduates from Maritime Faculties, such as Maritime Transportation and Management, Marine Engineering, Shipbuilding Engineering, etc.

Graduates from Engineering Faculties, such as Mechanical, Electrical-Electronics, Mechatronics, etc.
JOB DESCIRIPTION:
In cooperation with the purchasing team, the role involves:

Conducting price research.

Researching products requested by our customers.

Conducting product and new supplier research.
-
Running price improvement initiatives.
-
Preparing price lists.
-
Managing new warehouse stock products and projects.
-
Tracking order stages.
-
Document tracking.
-
Following up on supplier payments.
-
Managing supplier relationships.
-
Participating in inventory processes.
