Requirements

Technical Product Manager with 10–14 years with strong GRC domain knowledge and hands-on experience across open-source Java, AWS, and React JS to lead scope definition, cross-functional delivery, governance alignment, and continuous improvement of platform-wide initiatives.
Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand project objectives, strategic alignment, and expected outcomes.
Translate high-level project briefs into detailed scope documents by reviewing existing architecture, roadmaps, dependencies, and constraints.
Gather supporting data and contextual information to validate and finalize scope.
Convert defined scope into structured JIRA backlogs, including Epics, Features, and User Stories, ensuring traceability to business outcomes and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to refine and prioritize backlog items.
Partner with Tribe Leads, Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and SMEs across multiple functional units to align on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Ensure adherence to governance frameworks by presenting updates to governance bodies and incorporating feedback into delivery plans.
Identify, coordinate, and manage cross-squad and cross-tribe dependencies for platform-wide initiatives.
Define and maintain end-to-end delivery plans, including milestones and release schedules.
Oversee progress across development, testing, deployment, and stabilization phases.
Track and manage risks, issues, and mitigation strategies, including funding constraints and technical debt.
Support change management, operational readiness, and user adoption activities.
Provide structured, timely updates on delivery milestones, progress metrics, resource utilization, and productivity.
Maintain JIRA dashboards and ensure governance alignment and traceability.
Prepare presentation materials for governance reviews and stakeholder forums, clearly articulating status, achievements, and risks.
Identify and implement improvements to delivery processes, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement practices.
Utilize Power BI, JIRA, and Confluence to enhance reporting, transparency, and collaboration.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of scope decisions, delivery outcomes, and lessons learned for future reference.
