About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with 2–4 years of experience who can help drive the delivery of products spanning web platforms, mobile applications, backend services, and hardware-integrated systems.

In this role, you will work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to translate business needs into clear product requirements and ensure smooth execution across multiple technical components. This position is ideal for someone early in their product career who has strong technical understanding and wants to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to and manage the product roadmap across web, mobile, backend, and device-integrated systems
• Gather and prioritize requirements for backend services, frontend applications, mobile apps, and device interactions
• Convert business requirements into well-defined user stories, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Create, maintain, and prioritize product backlogs using JIRA
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure alignment across frontend, backend, mobile, and firmware components
• Define and document software–hardware interaction flows, including device data ingestion
• Coordinate development and releases across web, mobile, and device platforms
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management activities
• Help ensure product quality, reliability, and consistency across environments and device types
• Assist in identifying dependencies, risks, and trade-offs during development
• Support production releases, device deployments, and post-release analysis
• Monitor product performance, device metrics, and user behavior to support continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience

Product & Process

• 2–4 years of experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
• Strong ability to write clear and structured product requirements and documentation
• Good analytical and stakeholder communication skills

Technical Knowledge

• Understanding of distributed systems and API-based architectures
• Backend familiarity with Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks
• Frontend familiarity with Next.js or modern web frameworks
• Experience working with iOS/Android teams or cross-platform mobile solutions
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL or relational databases
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication, and data ingestion workflows
• Familiarity with AWS-based cloud environments
• Understanding of microservices-based architectures
• Conceptual understanding of Git workflows

Device & System Integration

• Exposure to embedded or connected devices
• Basic understanding of device connectivity (Wi-Fi, cellular, wired)
• Familiarity with device lifecycle concepts such as provisioning, updates, and monitoring
• Ability to define requirements for device telemetry, health checks, and fault handling
• Experience coordinating dependencies between firmware, backend, and frontend teams
