Job Summary
CheckSum is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing satisfaction of our clients' technical projects. This individual acts as the primary contact for clients, bridging the gap between production teams and client expectations. You must be able to effectively apply knowledge of test engineering to create project proposals, initiate the design of the product and create manufacturing documentation. You will manage multiple on-going projects and provide our customers with the highest level of service and professionalism.

You should be able to fulfill various duties daily, evaluate potential problems and develop solutions through logical decision making, manage project-related documentation and ensure that all necessary materials are available and properly stored. This position requires technical proficiency, creativity, and a strong understanding of engineering and architectural principles. You will be required to create precise and detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare production projects by reviewing CAD drawings and using TestSight Developer to create the project design for probe placement and fixture plate design
  • Communicate with customers to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Work with cross-functional teams, domestic and international to ensure project success
  • Audit incoming project materials and documents
  • Identify potential opportunities for upselling our parallel test technology
  • Identify and resolve design issues and discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Maintain organized records of all drawings and related documentation for ease of access and future reference

Skills

  • Must have 5+ years of experience in Customer Service in a manufacturing environment, electronics industry preferred
  • Basic knowledge of printed circuit boards and CAD experience required
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
  • Must be a team player with strong project and people management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Strong organization skills and a high attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
