Technical Program Manager

• Lead a high performance engineering team to develop the next generation financial platform & application in payments.
  
• Collaborate with the product and business team to understand the requirements, and build a product execution and delivery road-map.
  
• Setup and improve processes to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.
  
• Build, coach and mentor a high performing team.
  
• Work along with Product Teams to deliver the product features on a regular basis.
  
• Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, and ability to influence at all levels.
  
• Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status and results clearly, focusing on critical key points.
  
• Proven ability in unearthing and managing risks in the program.
  
• Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcome of complex programs.
  
• Technical knowledge to embark the team on the right solution.

Requirements

• Strong Technical Program Management leadership experience, including 6+ years leading multiple complex technical projects.
  
• Technical knowledge on how Mobile Applications work
  
• Basic understanding of System Architecture (different components of the system)
  
• Good knowledge of JIRA/ Confluence/ Bit Bucket & other monitoring & planning tools
  
• Excellent hold on Program Management aspects
  
• Good To Have: QA or DEV background, Coding knowledge, Program Management / Scrum certifications
