Job Title: Technical Program Manager
Department: Security & Compliance
Reporting to: Chief Information & Security Officer
Location: Baltimore, MD. This is a hybrid role with 3-days per week required to be worked in the Baltimore, MD office.
Hours of work: Typical hours of work are from 8:30 AM until 5:30 PM local time Monday through Friday. Flexibility of Working Hours dependent on location. Additional hours may be necessary as needed. This position is exempt from overtime.
Compensation: $60,000-$90,000 annually.

Overview:
The Technical Program Manager (TPM) at InVita plays a critical role in driving security and compliance efforts by blending deep technical and domain knowledge with robust operational management skills. This role is central to managing project prioritization, resource allocation, and ensuring adherence to cross-functional policies amidst shifting priorities. The TPM is tasked with resolving conflicts over timelines and resources, ensuring that all projects are well-planned, documented, and appropriately scoped. By promoting ongoing planning and proactive project management, the TPM is key to enhancing operational efficiencies and spearheading strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
