TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER – Critical Projects

Who You Are
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, we are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the delivery of customerfacing, businesscritical programs that require close coordination across multiple internal organizations. This role is responsible for driving execution from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and internal teams, and maintaining clear visibility into program health, risks, and outcomes.
The ideal candidate is comfortable operating at the intersection of technical depth, program execution, and customer communication, and excels at bringing clarity, structure, and accountability to complex, highvisibility initiatives.
What You'll Do
Program OwnershipDelivery

Own endtoend delivery of engineered solutions to critical, customer programs from initiation through completion

Define and manage solution scope, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria

Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer and business priorities

Maintain overall accountability for execution, progress, and outcomes
Customer Engagement and Communication

Serve as a primary program technical point of contact for customers

Lead customerfacing status updates, reviews, and milestone checkpoints
-
Proactively manage customer expectations through clear, transparent communication

Ensure customer commitments are clearly documented, feasible, and actively tracked
Cross-Functional Coordination

Drive execution across multiple internal organizations, including engineering, product, operations, quality, sales, and support

Develop and maintain integrated program plans that align crossteam deliverables and timelines

Establish clear ownership, responsibilities, and decision paths across teams

Actively identify and resolve crossorganizational dependencies and blockers; Develop and execute mitigation and contingency plans for high-risk areas
Technical Program Leadership and Executive Communication

Partner closely with engineering and technical leads to understand architecture, integration points, and constraints

Identify and manage technical risks, tradeoffs, and delivery impacts

Translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable program plans and customerappropriate messaging

Ensure technical readiness ahead of key customer and delivery milestones

Maintain clear program documentation and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement

Provide concise, outcome-focused reporting to internal leadership and customer stakeholders based on defined, appropriate KPIs
What You'll Bring
Qualifications include:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience: 7+ years of experience in various roles.

Experience managing complex, customer-facing technical programs

Solid technical foundation of mission critical electrical systems with the ability to understand system-level architecture and integration

Proven ability to manage ambiguity, drive clarity, and deliver results under pressure

Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply knowledge effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in customer-facing environments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical information clearly to C-level

Travel up to 35%, including internationally
