Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects from inception to go-live, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to project timelines.
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving relevant account managers, engineering, and other stakeholders ensuring project feasibility.
- Identify potential technical risks and challenges early in the project, and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports to track progress.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, such as system architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and API documentation, to guide the development team.
- Oversee the integration of various technical components and third-party systems within the project, ensuring compatibility and smooth functionality.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication and facilitate effective collaboration between team members.
- Engage in client meetings to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress closely and proactively handle any challenges or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Effectively use project management tools for all project-related communication.
- Conduct first-level quality assurance to ensure that project deliverables meet established standards and requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams, assisting in problem resolution and knowledge transfer.
- Ensure all tasks are accurately logged and managed within the task management system to effectively track progress.
Requirnments:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, technical operations, and client communication.
- Proven experience handling websites, eCommerce platforms, and mobile applications.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Design, Development, and Support.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce workflows, including products, cart, checkout, payments, and orders.
- Solid knowledge of the website development lifecycle.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, design handoff processes, APIs, third-party integrations, and deployment environments.
- Ability to translate client requirements into clear, actionable internal tasks.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with project management tools for task tracking and coordination.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Ability to manage pressure and work within strict timelines.
- High level of attention to detail, ownership, and accountability.
- Strong client-centric mindset with a focus on service quality and satisfaction.
- Proactive problem-solving approach, with the ability to identify risks and take timely corrective action.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs85,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
