Technical Project Coordinator

About Us:

tossdown is a SaaS company offering e-commerce and digital marketing solutions tailored to the food industry. We work with food businesses to build e-commerce websites, mobile apps, and deliver impactful digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate projects from inception to go-live, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to project timelines.
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving relevant account managers, engineering, and other stakeholders ensuring project feasibility.
  • Identify potential technical risks and challenges early in the project, and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports to track progress.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, such as system architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and API documentation, to guide the development team.
  • Oversee the integration of various technical components and third-party systems within the project, ensuring compatibility and smooth functionality.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication and facilitate effective collaboration between team members.
  • Engage in client meetings to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Monitor project progress closely and proactively handle any challenges or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Effectively use project management tools for all project-related communication.
  • Conduct first-level quality assurance to ensure that project deliverables meet established standards and requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams, assisting in problem resolution and knowledge transfer.
  • Ensure all tasks are accurately logged and managed within the task management system to effectively track progress.

Requirnments:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, technical operations, and client communication.
  • Proven experience handling websites, eCommerce platforms, and mobile applications.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Design, Development, and Support.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce workflows, including products, cart, checkout, payments, and orders.
  • Solid knowledge of the website development lifecycle.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, design handoff processes, APIs, third-party integrations, and deployment environments.
  • Ability to translate client requirements into clear, actionable internal tasks.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with project management tools for task tracking and coordination.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Ability to manage pressure and work within strict timelines.
  • High level of attention to detail, ownership, and accountability.
  • Strong client-centric mindset with a focus on service quality and satisfaction.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach, with the ability to identify risks and take timely corrective action.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs85,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
