We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can lead diverse projects efficiently — from concept to launch — ensuring smooth coordination between clients, developers, and designers while guaranteeing timely, high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee the execution of web, mobile app, and AI-based projects.
• Collaborate closely with development, design, and QA teams to ensure smooth project flow and on-time delivery.
• Translate client requirements into clear technical tasks and milestones.
• Monitor progress using project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Conduct regular team meetings and sprint reviews to track development progress.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks — and proactively resolve them.
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding updates, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure project goals align with company standards and client expectations.
• Prepare and present progress reports to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Software Project Manager, or similar role in an IT/software company.
• Strong understanding of web development stacks (Laravel, MERN, MEAN, Next.js, etc.) and mobile app technologies (Flutter, React Native, Ionic).
• Familiarity with AI and ML projects (model integration, automation workflows, API-based systems).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint planning.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
