Role Overview

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving web and mobile software projects with 3 to 4 years of hands-on project management experience. You'll work closely with development teams, clients, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet both technical specifications and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation for web and mobile applications.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and business analysts, to ensure project objectives are met.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define clear project requirements, ensuring complete understanding and feasibility.
• Implement and manage Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospective meetings.
• Proactively identify potential risks and roadblocks, and create contingency plans to minimize project disruption.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations by coordinating testing and feedback cycles.
• Maintain transparent communication channels with clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and solutions.
• Monitor project budgets, control costs, and allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation including status reports, meeting minutes, technical specifications, and post-project reviews.
• Analyze project outcomes to identify areas for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in project management within Design and Website/App development environments
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with technical teams and clients effectively.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Solid understanding of SDLC models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.
