Role Overview-

We are seeking a highly dynamic and enthusiastic Technical Project Manager with hands-on experience in AI and Machine Learning technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, leading a team of 10 technical professionals, engaging with clients, and demonstrating AI/ML solutions effectively.

The role demands both strong technical acumen and leadership skills, along with the ability to stay ahead of technology trends and guide the team toward innovative implementations.

Key Responsibilities-

• Lead and manage multiple AI/ML project initiatives from inception to deployment.
• Oversee a team of 10+ members including developers, data scientists, and engineers.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and present demos, proof of concepts (POCs), and project showcases to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate technical discussions, sprint planning, and delivery milestones.
• Ensure adherence to quality, performance, and security standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical direction on AI/ML model development, data pipelines, and deployment strategies.
• Monitor emerging trends in AI, ML, and related technologies to keep the team updated.
• Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation plans.
• Drive team motivation, learning, and collaboration through proactive leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications-

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing AI/ML and real-time data-driven projects.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and MLflow.
• Familiarity with Python, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong communication, client engagement, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage technical teams, ensuring productivity and continuous improvement.
• High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for emerging technologies and innovation.

Additional Skills:

• Exposure to Generative AI (LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG pipelines).
• Experience with MLOps and DevOps for AI solutions.
• Knowledge of data analytics, NLP, or computer vision.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master) will be an added advantage.

Standard Details:

• Location: Bangalore (Lavelle Road)
• Salary: As per market standards
• Work mode: Work from office
• Experience Required: 8+ years in a relevant role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
