Technical Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to lead and
manage software development projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will have
strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and proven experience managing
cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver technical projects within scope, timeline, and budget
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, QA, and stakeholders to define project
• requirements and milestones
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks and ensure alignment with development

• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and documentation standards
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates
• Support release planning and post-release evaluations
• 2–4 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a technical or software
• Overall 4–5 years of professional experience in technology-driven roles
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Hands-on technical understanding of:
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
• PMP or CAPM certification (preferred)
• Experience working with cloud-based and scalable systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practicesSoft Skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
