Responsibilities:
1. Manage Customer Project Delivery
a. Revenue as detailed in Impact Section
b. Very Large/ Complex/ Multiple Regions or Global
c. High/ Very High Risk
d. High/ Very High Complexity Legal & Commercial Issues
2. Manages Project Financials
a. Meets or Exceeds approved budgets
b. Provides reliable financial forecasts to management
3. Manages Client Relationships
a. Manages complex/ multifunction and/ or global delivery relationships with senior and executive (“C” Level) client management
b. Communicates the direct value our capabilities will provide to our business partners & customers
4. Manages Project Team
a. Manages internal as well as external resources with a team size greater than 40 people
b. Mentors & encourages skill development of project team members through others
c. Provides detailed performance review input and development recommendations for key contributors
d. Mentors others, providing a role model and support for individual development
