Technical Project Manager- Junior level

Job Description :
Real Versatile Technologies is a fast-paced tech company looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee the development of web, ecommerce and mobile applications for our clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading website and app development projects, along with a solid understanding of the technical aspects of the software development lifecycle

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage web and mobile app development projects from start to finish.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA testers) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Collaborate with clients to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
• Provide regular project updates, ensuring stakeholders are informed about progress, risks, and changes.
• Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines.
• Track and manage project budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within financial constraints.
• Identify potential risks and proactively resolve obstacles.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, overseeing the successful launch of web and mobile apps.
• Review and approve technical specifications, wireframes, and designs before development begins.
• Use project management tools (such as Jira or Trello) to track and document progress.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Upwork, guru or LinkedIn clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in website and app development.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies and mobile app development frameworks.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Trello) or any.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and able to handle multiple projects at once.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with freelance platforms like Upwork and experience managing client relationships.

Office timings : 3pm to 12am

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
