Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager / Program Manager with a strong background in Salesforce project delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end implementation and transformation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

The candidate must currently be based in the UAE and possess excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and integration projects.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and resource planning.
• Drive Agile/Scrum project execution and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Manage project governance, documentation, and reporting.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Handle escalation management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Salesforce architects, developers, QA teams, and business analysts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Program Manager.
• Strong experience managing Salesforce-based projects/programs.
• Good understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, integrations, and CRM processes.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Salesforce certifications will be an added advantage.
