Technical Project Manager (SaaS / Software Development)

Office Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to manage and coordinate SaaS and software development projects.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing technical teams, understanding software development lifecycles, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Strong English communication skills are essential as the role involves client coordination and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage software/SaaS development projects
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and QA teams
• Communicate with international clients in fluent English
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Monitor project progress and ensure on-time delivery
• Manage tasks using project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
• Identify risks and resolve issues proactively
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting
• Conduct meetings, sprint planning, and progress reviews
• Maintain quality standards throughout the development lifecycle

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience working on SaaS-based products
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.)
• Basic technical understanding of web/app development

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with international clients
• Background in computer science or related field
• Understanding of UI/UX and QA processes
• Ability to handle night shift (6 PM – 3 AM)
