About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Project Sales Coordinator to support our Sales and Projects team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, preferably in engineering, with hands-on experience in managing end-to-end large-scale flooring projects. This role requires expertise in technical documentation, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.(With Minimal Supervision)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Prepare technical documents including Pre-qualification, Material Submittals, Method Statements, ITPs, and Risk Assessments.
• Develop technical reports, progress tracking sheets, and all relevant documentation throughout project execution.
• Draft quotations, communication letters, and project-related correspondence.
• Liaise with the Finance, Logistics, Warehouse, and Contractor’s Project Management teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Support the Sales team by managing schedules, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and propose proactive solutions.
• Assist in preparing promotional materials or supporting events as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in project coordination or similar roles, ideally within the flooring industry.
• Familiarity with flooring products, specifications, and large-scale project handling.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for measurements and technical drawings.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with project management tools and ability to leverage AI tools for efficiency.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, honesty, and dedication, with the ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Reporting Line
This role will work directly under the General Manager – Sales, providing dedicated support and coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
