Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Proposal Writer with a strong background in cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating clear, compelling, and compliant proposals for our cybersecurity solutions and services. You will work closely with our technical and sales teams to understand client requirements and craft winning proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write, edit, and format technical proposals, bids, and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, including cybersecurity consultants and engineers, to gather the technical information needed for proposals.
• Translate complex technical cybersecurity concepts into clear, persuasive, and easy-to-understand content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure all proposal content is accurate, well-written, and aligns with the client's needs and our company's standards.
• Manage proposal deadlines and coordinate the entire proposal development lifecycle from start to finish.
• Maintain a library of reusable proposal content for future use.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, Proposal Writer, or a similar role, with a specific focus on the cybersecurity industry.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and services (e.g., penetration testing, risk assessment, security audits, network security, SIEM, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, English, or a related field is a plus.
