Job brief

As a Field Purchase Executive you will be responsible for sourcing equipment, goods and services and managing vendors. Candidate will be able to perform strategic procurement activities across multiple categories of spend, search for better deals and find more profitable suppliers.

Responsibilities

Excellent with Vendor development

Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc.

Should have international purchase exposure.

Excellent knowledge of Electrical and electronics component or in Mechatronics Purchase.

Liaise with suppliers and project managers regarding updates and details of goods

Generate report of purchase for on going projects.

Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions.

Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements.

Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns.

Inspecting and evaluating the quality of purchased items and resolving shortcomings.

Analyzing industry and demand trends and supporting senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.

Preparing reports and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records.

Complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Requirements and skills

Proven working experience as Technical Purchasing as Executive or officer

Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management

Interest in market dynamics along with business sense

Strong Negotiation skill.

Working experience of vendor management software

Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures

Solid judgement along with decision making skills

Strong leadership capabilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
