Responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with hiring managers to identify job openings & the technical requirements for each role.

- Sourcing, screening & interviewing potential candidates.

- Utilizing online job portals, social media & professional networks to attract candidates.

Ideal candidate has:

- Outstanding communication & negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of HR systems & databases.

- Strong decision-making skills.

- Prior experience in technical recruiting is good to have.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹160,396.48 - ₹350,000.00 per year
