Job Title: Technical Recruiter (Comission Based)
Location: Remote (Pakistan-based)

Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team on a fully remote, commission-based model. The ideal candidate must have strong sourcing skills and an active LinkedIn presence (10,000+ followers) to support talent outreach and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT and technical roles
  • Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms for active talent sourcing
  • Conduct initial screening calls and assess technical fit
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records
  • Support employer branding through LinkedIn engagement and outreach

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical recruitment
  • Strong understanding of IT roles and tech stacks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • 10,000+ LinkedIn followers (mandatory)
  • Strong networking and sourcing capabilities.

Compensation

  • Commission-based model
