Technical Recruiter

Trident Consulting is currently seeking a ”Technical Recruiter" for one of our industry leading clients in "Remote" . A global leader in business and technology services.

Role: Technical Recruiter

Location: San Francisco, CA(Remote)

Type: W2 Contract

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across North America (US & Canada), ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience
• Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies for current and future hiring needs
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
• Leverage multiple platforms (web, social, professional networks) to identify and engage candidates

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles (e.g., Data Science, Product, Design)
• 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience in tech companies.
• Experience with modern recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse ATS, GoodTime, Gem/HireEZ or similar)
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments, managing 6–10 open requisitions simultaneously .
