Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter who can manage end-to-end IT hiring while also supporting HR and operational activities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical recruitment experience along with the ability to coordinate across teams and contribute to process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates for technical roles
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent
- Create job descriptions and post openings across relevant platforms
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
- Assist in onboarding processes, documentation, and employee records
- Coordinate with internal teams on hiring and operational requirements
- Support HR operations, administrative tasks, and workflow processes
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
- Identify areas for process improvement and support operational efficiency
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends, particularly in IT
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, or related field preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in technical/IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of technical roles and hiring requirements
- Expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and talent mapping
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across recruitment and operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Timings: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
