As a Technical Recruiter at Atlys, you will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and hiring exceptional talent to fuel our company’s growth. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand the unique needs of our technical teams and help find the best candidates to drive our mission forward. Your role will involve managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying potential candidates till onboarding.

This role is a blend of Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering, giving you exposure to both hiring and people operations:

The Job

Talent Acquisition (Tech Recruitment)

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own end-to-end ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles within Atlys, from creating job descriptions to finalizing hires.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to gain a deep understanding of role requirements, team dynamics, and specific technical needs.

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, and internal referrals) to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

  • Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, technical assessments, and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure a seamless interview process for both candidates and interviewers.

  • Offer Management: Lead offer negotiations and ensure that candidates are presented with competitive compensation packages.

  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on tech industry trends, hiring best practices, and competitor talent strategies to continually improve Atlys’ recruitment efforts.

  • Recruitment Metrics: Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate satisfaction to continuously refine our processes.

HR Business Partnering

  • Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related queries and concerns.

  • Workforce Planning: Partner with team leads to understand business needs and support workforce planning.

  • Engagement & Retention: Drive initiatives around employee engagement, performance management, and retention.

  • HR Operations: Ensure HR processes (onboarding, documentation, policies) are smooth, scalable, and employee-friendly.

  • People Insights: Provide data-driven insights to improve people practices and strengthen company culture.

The ideal candidate

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in recruiting for technical positions (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, DevOps engineers, product designers, etc.), with exposure to HRBP or generalist responsibilities.

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with core technologies such as Python, Java, JavaScript, cloud platforms, and data infrastructure, with the ability to understand technical job requirements.

  • Sourcing Expertise: Proven ability to creatively source and engage passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other tech-specific channels.

  • Interviewing Skills: Hands-on experience in conducting both technical and behavioral interviews, ensuring candidates meet both skill and culture fit.

  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and leadership.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities while thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
