URGENT HIRING – Technical Research Analyst (Experienced)

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Technical Research Analyst who can deliver impactful, data-driven insights and high-quality research reports.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Conduct in-depth academic and financial research
Collect, analyze, and interpret secondary data from credible sources
Develop high-quality research papers, analytical reports & case studies
Apply quantitative & qualitative research methodologies
Perform financial/economic data analysis using advanced tools

Required Skills & Expertise:
Strong command of referencing styles (APA, MLA, Chicago, Harvard)
Hands-on experience with Python and statistical tools (SPSS, Stata, EViews, SmartPLS)
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (financial modeling, formulas, data analysis)
Experience with research databases (Google Scholar, JSTOR, etc.)
Excellent analytical thinking & technical report writing skills

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, Social Sciences, or related field
1–3 years of relevant professional experience
Prior experience in research-driven or analytical roles is highly preferred
