Technical sales administration ( preferably engineering graduate)

• Conducting daily meetings hurdles with team mates Managing the team activities and helping them in their job roles. Assigning the work to team mates and ensuring the work is done on time. R & D in the marketing opportunities and plans, scheduling expenditure and ensuring sales team reaching their goals. Setting a Marketing Budget and leading the plans Handling sales meeting and closing them. Direct marketing, Planning, coordinating sales & marketing efforts. Sending mails to principles and coordinating with them for new information shared Account management- Maintaining relationship with important clients, understand their needs and anticipating new opportunity. Client Relationship- Maintaining and improving Client Acquisition Strategies to increase the product awareness in the market and to clients. Leading the team and working on productivity of team. Implementing new sales plans. Map potential customers and generate leads for organization​ Brand promotion through different platforms
