Technical Sales Analyst

Established in 1887, Sprung began with designing custom canvas shelter products. Over the years, our building solutions have been utilized in military bases, schools, hospitals, sports arenas, fabrication plants, warehouses, and state-of-the-art sound stages.

Sprung Structures is seeking a highly organized and business-minded individual to join our team as a Technical Sales Analyst. This is a unique role for an individual with strong business acumen that can assist and support a regional sales division. The individual must be collaborative, adaptable and a strong team player comfortable with performing a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales support documents
• Assist with work orders, reporting, and Salesforce updates
• Lead management support and client communication
• Coordinate meetings, tours, travel, and Lunch & Learn events
• Maintain sales metrics, prepare quarterly reporting, and update shared calendars
• Conduct research and support document control requirements

Qualifications & Skills

· In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations

· Excellent verbal and written communication and solid reporting skills

· Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor

· Superior organizational and time management skills

· Proven ability to set and shift priorities to successfully meet deadlines

· Works collaboratively with other business units and team members

· Solid research and analytical abilities

· Hands on experience with MS Office, Salesforce experience an asset

· Working knowledge of office equipment

· 3 - 5+ years of related experience in mid to senior level administration
