The Opportunity

We're seeking a dynamic and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Technical Sales & Started Pullet Production Advisor. This role bridges the gap between production, customer service, and technical support-ensuring the successful supply of Hy-Line and Lohmann day old chicks, as well as started pullets, to the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical service to contractors and customers

• Support the National Started Pullet Manager with grower visits and deliveries

• Assist in sales forecasting and strategy development

• Collaborate on marketing initiatives tailored to the layer industry

• Monitor customer accounts and ensure compliance with payment terms

• Operate within budgetary and compliance frameworks

• Coordinate hatching schedules and delivery logistics

• Deliver technical support on husbandry and flock management

• Uphold biosecurity and WHS standards across all operations
