Technical Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Coordinator to provide essential support in preparing quotations, technical submittals, and value engineering proposals. The ideal candidate will possess a technical background and work closely with the manager to ensure all documentation is accurate and aligns with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quotation Management:
  • Prepare and manage accurate quotations for projects, ensuring competitive pricing and compliance with specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for quotations.
Customer Interaction
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries effectively.
  • Facilitate clear communication between customers and the technical team to ensure understanding of project specifications and requirements.
Technical Submittals
  • Create and submit detailed technical documentation for projects, including specifications, drawings, and compliance reports.
  • Ensure all technical submissions align with client requirements and industry standards.
Value Engineering
  • Propose value engineering solutions to enhance project efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Analyze project specifications to identify opportunities for optimization.
Document Preparation Support
  • Assist the manager in preparing various documents related to project proposals, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain organized records of all documentation for easy access and reference.
Technical Support
  • Provide technical assistance to internal teams and clients as needed.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to clarify technical aspects of projects.
Skills JOB SPECIFICATIONS (Requirements)

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support or coordination role.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and technical documentation.
Special Skills, if any:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and any relevant software for documentation and design.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
