Power Lube is an authorized distributor of ExxonMobil products in Egypt with over 34 years of experience in engine and industrial lubricants. We provide a full range of high-performance Mobil lubricants, and offer a range of lubricant-related services including oil monitoring, storage solutions, surveys and training. Our dedicated team of sales and technical support people offers solutions and ideas to solve many lubrication problems.


Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer at Power Lube. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, preparing and presenting proposals, and managing sales. Additionally, the Technical Sales Engineer will oversee product installations, provide training and assist in developing the company’s sales strategy.

Technical Sales and Technical Support skills

Strong Communication and Sales Engineering skills

Experience in Sales

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent field

Experience with lubricants and industrial equipment is a plus


Job Responsibilities and Activities:


• Manage the current customers

• Use of a pipeline process in order to track, develop and close new accounts.

• Maximizing the “face to face” time with the customers through sound time management skills

• Work together with the Sales Manager/Lube Engineer/Marketing resources to support the programs deployed in the market to effectively grow and maintain the higher value lubricant products and services.

• Support product and brand integrity requirements at customer locations

• Manage the Days of Sales Outstanding (DSO) and overdue with the customers and provide support for specific

• Account Receivables (AR) collection as required.

• Provide basic commercial & technical service for customers.


Job Requirements:


• Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Petroleum, Petrochemicals or Chemical Engineering).

• Sales Experience or Industry experience (preferably).

• Excellent command of English (Verbal and Written).

• Working Knowledge of MS Office.

• Must own a car
