Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Engineer with deep expertise in condenser coils, evaporator coils, and chiller systems . The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding of HVAC components with exceptional sales, communication, and customer relationship skills. This role involves supporting clients with product selection, delivering technical solutions, driving sales growth, and providing end-to-end support throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Product Expertise

  • Provide detailed technical guidance on condenser coils, evaporator coils, chillers , refrigerants, and system efficiency.
  • Assist customers with proper coil selection, capacity calculations, and system compatibility.
  • Prepare technical proposals, performance data sheets, and solution recommendations.
  • Stay updated on HVAC industry standards, technologies, and competitive landscape.

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities within HVAC contractors, consultants, OEMs, and facility managers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct product presentations, site visits, and system assessments.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts.

Customer Support & Project Coordination

  • Work closely with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Provide post-sales technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and customer training when needed.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipelines, and customer interactions.
  • Deliver regular reports on market trends, customer needs, and technical challenges.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering , HVAC Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–7 years experience in technical sales within the HVAC industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of:
  • Air-cooled and water-cooled chillers
  • Condenser and evaporator coil construction, materials, and performance
  • Refrigeration cycles, heat transfer, and system design
  • Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, technical data sheets, and performance curves.
  • Valid UAE driving license
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with coil manufacturing companies or chiller OEMs.
  • Familiarity with AHRI, ASHRAE, and local HVAC standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
