Role Description

Sisun Electric is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to handle solar sales inquiries and provide suitable solar solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The role requires basic technical understanding of solar systems along with strong sales and customer handling skills.

Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer – Solar Solutions

Location: Civic Center, Bahria Town Phase 4, Islamabad SiSUN ELECTRIC

What You’ll Do:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
• Convert hot and cold leads into paying customers
• Understand customer’s energy requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams
• Prepare quotations and basic technical proposals
• Follow up with leads and maintain sales pipeline
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Maintain client records and sales reports

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1+ year relevant experience (solar sales preferred)
• Basic knowledge of solar systems and components
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent follow-up discipline
• Target-oriented mindset
• Excellent time management, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet project deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
