Core Objective

To drive revenue growth by acting as the technical bridge between the company’s solutions and the client’s needs, managing the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closed deal.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Estimation & Proposals: Translating technical requirements into accurate, competitive cost quotations.
  • Proactive Sales: Identifying new leads and aggressively pursuing growth opportunities to hit revenue targets.
  • Active Follow-up: Consistently tracking issued quotes to handle objections, negotiate terms, and secure orders.
  • Technical Support: Serving as a subject matter expert to explain complex products to customers.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Background: Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 2 years of experience in a sales or applications role.
  • Skillset: Strong negotiation skills, ability to read technical drawings, and proficiency in CRM/Excel/AutoCad
  • Mindset: A mix of analytical precision (for quotes) and persistent "hunter" energy (for sales).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
