Technical Sales Engineer - LED Lighting (B2B Projects) Riyadh Jeddah Dammam

Al Adwaa Lighting Group is one of Saudi Arabia's largest manufacturers of indoor, outdoor, and solar LED lighting solutions - serving commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects across the Kingdom since 1996.

We're expanding our field sales team and looking for experienced Sales Engineers who know how to open doors, build lasting client relationships, and win large-scale project deals.

This is a hunter role. If you thrive in the field - meeting contractors, walking job sites, and closing - we want to hear from you.

What you'll do:

• Build and manage B2B accounts across contractors, MEP consultants, project owners, and government clients
• Drive specification of Al Adwaa LED solutions into commercial, industrial, and public sector projects
• Conduct site surveys, technical presentations, and product demonstrations
• Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Coordinate with internal engineering and production teams on project delivery

What we're looking for:

• Education: Engineering or Business Graduate; 3-15 years of field sales experience in lighting, electrical, or construction materials
• Strong B2B / project sales track record - an existing contractor or consultant network is a real advantage
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah, or Dammam)
• Valid KSA driving license & Iqama- essential
