Technical Sales Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer with 2 years of experience in a trading or technical sales environment. The role involves customer communication, supplier coordination, quotations, invoicing, and occasional onsite support.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle customer communication via email and phone
• Share catalogues, product specifications, and assist in basic solution recommendations
• Coordinate with suppliers to support delivery timelines
• Follow up on customer payments using account statements
• Support product demos or onsite trials when needed
• Visit customer locations for meetings, demos, and technical discussions

Experience Required

• 2 years

· basic understanding of electronics or instrumentation fundamentals (signals, sensors, or measurement principles) will be considered a bonus

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, or related fields
• Comfortable using Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Responsible, organized, and able to follow deadlines
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Must be comfortable with customer visits as part of the job

Work Requirements

• Must be able to commute to Dubai
• Must be willing to relocate to Dubai before starting work
