Job Description

Besomi Group is seeking three motivated Technical Sales Engineer Interns to join our Sales team in Dubai and Abu Dhabi showrooms. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in technical sales, customer engagement, and product knowledge within a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist showroom customers with product inquiries and technical guidance.
• Learn product features, specifications, and applications.
• Support the sales team in preparing quotations, checking stock, and organizing product displays.
• Assist with product demonstrations and provide basic technical information under supervision.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized showroom.
• Document customer inquiries, maintain records, and support follow-up activities.
• Observe and assist with sales transactions and ERP/data entry processes.
• Provide feedback on customer behavior and product interest.
• Stay updated on product promotions, updates, and pricing.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Strong interest in sales, customer service, and technology.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a team environment.
