We are seeking a dynamic and technically competent Sales Engineer to join our team. The selected candidate will work closely with our manufacturers and clients to identify opportunities, deliver tailored technical solutions, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE market.

Manage and respond to RFQs through government portals such as DEWA, SEWA, FEWA, TAQA, and others.

Analyze technical requirements and prepare techno-commercial offers in accordance with company standards.

Handle quotation preparation, cost estimation, and offer submissions through the DEWA portal on a daily basis.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business.

Coordinate with manufacturers to align client needs with product capabilities.

Achieve annual sales targets upto AED 500,000

Prepare regular sales and performance reports.

Travel across the UAE as required to identify and pursue new sales leads.

Skills

Proven experience in industrial or technical sales (preferably pumps, valves, or related equipment).

Strong knowledge of DEWA portal operations, including quotation management and offer submissions.

Ability to interpret and analyze technical offers and specifications.

Proficient in preparing costing sheets and techno-commercial proposals.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.

Presentable, self-motivated, and result-oriented.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Valid UAE driving license preferred.
