Hiring: International Customer Support & Sales Executive – Chat + Voice | Jaipur (WFO) | PAN India Hiring

We are urgently hiring International Customer Support & Sales Executives for a global process.
This role involves handling customer queries (support) and pitching products/services (sales) including upselling, cross-selling, and closing sales.

Salary:

• Freshers: ₹33,000 per month
• Experienced (1+ year): ₹40,000 per month + incentives

Education: Graduates only
Experience: Both freshers and experienced can apply
Shifts: International shifts

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through chat & voice
• Understand customer needs and recommend products/services
• Perform upselling, cross-selling, and sales closures
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain call/chat quality
• Provide exceptional customer experience
• Manage documentation and follow compliance guidelines

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate degree (mandatory)
• Excellent English communication (spoken + written)
• Strong sales mindset and willingness to pitch products
• Comfortable with international shifts
• Minimum 1 year experience required for experienced salary bracket
• Relocation to Jaipur is mandatory
