Technical Screen Printing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Screen Printing Specialist to join our production team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in screen printing operations, strong technical knowledge of printing machines and materials, and prior work experience in the UAE. Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage screen printing machines efficiently
• Prepare screens, stencils, inks, and substrates
• Ensure accurate color matching and high print quality
• Perform machine setup, calibration, and routine maintenance
• Troubleshoot technical issues during production
• Maintain quality control standards and minimize wastage
• Coordinate with design and production teams
• Follow safety and production procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical screen printing
• Minimum 2–3 years of screen printing experience in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of screen printing processes, inks, and materials
• Ability to meet production targets and deadlines
• High attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with manual and automatic screen printing machines
• Knowledge of printing on various materials (fabric, plastic, metal, glass, etc.)
• Experience in signage, advertising, or garment printing industries

Salary & Benefits
