Role - Technical Security Advisor

Technical security consultant supporting the Principal Security Advisor.

Minimum 12 years’ security experience.

Minimum 5 years in technical advisory roles for integrated security systems at enterprise or national critical infrastructure level.

Oil and gas experience is required.

Degree requirement - Bachelor or Master’s in Security or Engineering

Similar relevant degrees may be considered, relating closely to Engineering, Security Risk Management, Risk and Crisis Management, Security Management, Critical Infrastructure Protection, or related fields.

Strong professional security certifications from recognised international bodies will be beneficial.

Technical Specification

Must be able to demonstrate a history of conducting technical security surveys, assessing existing systems, identifying vulnerabilities, recommending upgrades, reviewing drawings and specifications, preparing technical specifications, costing estimates, and supporting project reviews and site acceptance testing.

Must have strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, barriers, blockers, detection systems, intruder alarms, perimeter protection, control rooms, security lighting, command and control systems, and systems integration

Strong candidates will have credible oil and gas, refinery, petrochemical, energy, or wider critical national infrastructure experience, and the ability to operate in a formal client-side consultancy environment.

Compensation: up to KWD 43272 per year.

Average of 21 working days per calendar month.

2 return flights to home nation per year.

Pay: Up to KD43,250.000 per year

Work Location: In person
