Ecommbrains is a fast-growing eCommerce marketing agency helping brands scale through SEO, performance marketing, and data-driven growth strategies. We are now looking for a highly skilled Technical SEO Expert to manage our SEO projects, guide the team, and drive measurable results using advanced Technical SEO and modern AI-powered SEO strategies.

Role Overview

As the SEO Team Lead, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing complete SEO strategies across multiple industries. You must have strong hands-on industry experience and deep knowledge of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and the latest AI tools used for search optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the SEO team (analysts, writers, interns)
• Conduct complete SEO audits — technical, on-page, and content
• Plan and execute keyword research, clustering, and topical mapping
• Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and crawl accessibility
• Implement advanced Technical SEO fixes (schema, speed, indexing, redirects, sitemaps, etc.)
• Create and oversee On-Page SEO strategies (content briefs, optimization, meta tags)
• Use AI tools for SEO automation, content strategy, and competitive analysis
• Monitor performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Ensure consistent organic growth for all client accounts

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–7 years of experience in SEO (agency experience preferred)
• Strong Technical SEO knowledge (Core Web Vitals, schema, site speed, indexation, etc.)
• Solid On-Page SEO understanding and content optimization
• Experience with AI-based SEO workflows (ChatGPT, Surfer AI, RankMath AI, etc.)
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• Strong understanding of search algorithms and ranking factors

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Knowledge of ecommerce SEO (Shopify, WordPress, Woocommerce)
• Experience in building topical authority
• Hands-on experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, ScreamingFrog, Surfer, Jasper, etc.
