Technical Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Location : Dubai

• Conduct independent site surveys and inspections for new and ongoing projects.
• Prepare accurate material take-offs, workday estimates, and project timelines.
• Identify project scope, constraints, and necessary resources.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of MEP, civil, and renovation projects.
• Develop work plans, manpower schedules, and material procurement lists.
• Ensure technical work is performed as per industry standards, safety guidelines, and project specifications.
• Must be familiar with Municipality regulations related to MEP, civil modifications, and refurbishment works.
• Coordinate and obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant regulatory authorities.
• Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients for smooth project flow.
• Ensure proper communication, coordination, and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Manage snag identification, rectification, and final project handover.
• Ensure all works meet quality standards, client expectations, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare documentation including reports, inspection notes, handover files, etc.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP, civil, renovation, and technical services projects within the UAE.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Municipality regulations, technical standards, and modification permit procedures.
• Hands-on experience in site execution, project planning, estimation, and snag management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
