What is the job waiting for you?
• Provide support to service teams in technical issues.
• Analyze recurring failures and conduct root cause studies.
• Promote technical knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
• Guide, develop, and motivate technical teams.
• Build strong business relationships with authorized services.
• Ensure coordination with regional teams and other departments.
• Deliver fast solutions for critical customer issues.
• Approach customer complaints as opportunities to create satisfaction and loyalty.
• Implement effective, solution-oriented approaches with a “fixed right at first time” philosophy.
• Monitor and report technical service performance indicators.
• Lead process improvement projects.
• Develop efficiency-enhancing practices.
• Prepare product quality reports on customer complaints and activate the Quality Team promptly.
• Ensure all technical documents are accurate, published, and delivered on time.
• Prepare, monitor, and ensure efficient use of departmental budget.
• Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Analyze service performance data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Guide the team through organizational and technological changes effectively.
• Align technical service operations with company strategy and long-term goals.
• Collaborate with international suppliers and OEMs with cultural awareness.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, service methodologies, and industry innovations.
What we a re looking for?
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical-Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Aftersales, especially Technical Service.
• Strong vehicle and product knowledge.
• Excellent command of English (verbal and written).
• Proven experience in team management.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel without restrictions.
• Located in Adana city.
• Leadership and Accountability: Ability to guide teams, set priorities, and take ownership of results.
• Communication and Influence: Clear and effective expression of ideas, strong stakeholder communication, and conflict management skills.
• Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking: Systematic analysis of technical problems, root cause methodology, and data-driven decision-making.
• Proactive Approach: Ability to identify issues early, recognize improvement opportunities, and propose solutions.
• Decision-Making Competence: Skilled in prioritization and timely action-taking.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong focus on satisfaction, empathy, and positive language in customer interactions.
• Strategic Thinking: Capacity to align technical service operations with broader company goals and long-term vision.
