Technical Services Specialist

Location: Ubi
Salary: Up to $5,000
Working hours: Mon to Fri , Office hours

Job Highlights:

Support laboratory testing, method development, and validation studies
Provide technical training and application support to customers
Conduct product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and onboarding for clients
Collaborate closely with Account Management and Field Service teams
Build and maintain strong customer relationships across APAC
Conduct workshops, seminars, and marketing support activities
Maintain documentation and compliance with ISO 9001, cGMP, and company SOPs
Travel up to 30% across Singapore, Southeast Asia, and distributors in APAC

Requirements:
Min. Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field
Min. 3 years of industry experience, with at least 2 years in customer-facing roles
Strong understanding of Biology/Microbiology in pharma settings is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
